The signature dish at Brasserie Molitor

  • On October 19, Hôtel Molitor Executive Chef Grégory Gbiorczyk was awarded first prize in the French Stuffed Cabbage Championship 2023.

    He presented his original version of this tasty recipe based on local produce:  Foie gras and veal rice, accompanied by a unique and succulent double sauce bordelaise and horseradish.

    About the competition:
    The national final of the culinary competition organized by Groupement Les Artcutiers took place on October 18, 2023 at Ceproc in Paris. The 12 candidates had 3 hours and 30 minutes to complete their recipes.
