Winner Louise Riot
Louise Riot, pastry Chef at Molitor, was awarded the third place at the Grand Prix de la
pastry of the City of Paris 2022.
Our young chef presented "L'Idylle", an original creation imagined for the competition.
With this pastry, Louise Riot wanted to pay homage to Paris by highlighting another facet of the city. Here, exit the madness of the capital, but make way for her fantasized Paris, that she imagines bucolic, poetic, romantic, floral and light.
The references jostle: from Music at the Tuileries by Man and Luncheon on the Grass and the Water Lilies by Monet to Renoir's Luncheon of the Boating Party. "L'Idylle" is revealed like a flower.
