In the restaurant, Chef Martin Simolka and his brigade invite you to discover a summery and gourmet menu with a breathtaking view of Paris and the iconic outdoor pool. Tuna tataki and mustard caviar, hummus with peppers and smoked paprika, burratina with summer truffles, vitello tonnato, poke bowl, guinea fowl supreme, lobster a la plancha.... it smells like the sun!

For those with a sweet tooth, Pastry Chef Louise Riot will delight your taste buds with her revisited desserts: banoffee, like an ice tea and XXL regressive ice cream cups.

On the solarium side, the atmosphere is conducive to enjoying the chef's tapas.
