The new Chief, Nader Hassan and his brigade take you this year again in their summer garden perched on the roofs. They offer a kitchen at the plancha generous and even more summer. Salads, carpaccio, mezze, tartare, wild bar ... a sunny menu based on fresh seasonal produce, organic and tasty with a touch of orient.
Side sweetness, the Pastry's Chef Antoine Bouchard plays safe values: sun-kissed fruit, ice cream, raspberries on a pie, and ultra-soft cookie.
