This year, Antoine Bouchard, Molitor's pastry chief has imagined a surprising yule log in limited edition with the Panamanian artist Merel Cisco.
The 2018 edition plays on a waterfall of geometrical forms colored appropriate(peculiar) to the work of the artist and in the audacious flavors of the pastry cook Antoine Bouchard.
